worst service ever

I have never experienced such appalling service in my life. MWEB, in partnership with Vumatel, has completely failed to deliver on their promises. Two weeks have passed going for the third since my router was installed, yet it remains unactivated. Despite countless calls and repeated assurances that the issue is being 'escalated' and will be resolved within 72 hours, absolutely nothing has been done. This level of incompetence is beyond unacceptable."
