Worst service ever
Vumatel and Web Africa the worst fibre /Internet providers everrr!! We've been without WiFi for 12 days, we've been logging the fault every single day and everyday Web Africa says they logged it as very urgent and a technician will come out. They even called a week ago and asked if we home because someone will come. I work from home, my husband works from home, our smart TV ain't working and my kids are nagging whole day. I purchase data and airtime everyday but it goes really quickly Vumatel and Web Africa when will you come fix the problem????

08 Aug 2024, 15:19And then on top of that they quick to tell me to go make a payment immediately, my cycle usually ends on the 9th of the month so it shows suspended today but what about the 12 days that I paid and got no service. So I paid like the agent told me and still not working.
