Worst service ever

I called since yesterday to sort out the connectivity issue I have on my WiFi. The first person I spoke to just dropped my call as there was a child crying in the background. The second one did the same thing too. Then I spoke to Thando who tired to assist me. Today I call to do a follow up the Odirile(supervisor) took my call and he told me that my ticket is in a bucket and I should wait. He told me that the payments I make go to a third party company so my complaint about me paying and not getting connection is just irrelevant
