WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just took out a fibre line with you. It hasnt even been a week and already I am having issues. Trying to sort this out on your chats does not work as nobody is helpfull. I spoke to a Sibusiso who just said he will escalate this to vuma tel. If im already having issues now I may as well go back to Afrihost. This is ridiculous. You expect payment immediatley but do not want to provide me with the service immediately. I should have a 20mb line but it seems I have a 2mb line. I did a speedtest and my download speed is 0.07 and uplaod speed 0.44. you have to be kidding me. I work from home and need my internet sorted ASAP. If I need to shame you on every form of social media I will do so every single day until you sort out my internet. This is my post that I loaded yesterday for Webafrica. Vumatel told me yesterday that a technician would be out to my place yesterday and im still waiting, I followed up this morning with Natalie from vumatell who I have been dealing with since yesterday and this morning she said the technician would come today. It is now 16h45 and I am still waiting for the technician. When you guys want us to pay for a service YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING then you are quick to take the funds but when you need to provide the service then nobody is available to assist. If you cannot provide the service, give me my money back so that I can go take my business elswhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
