Worst service 😒

I signed up on Friday 29 March ,paid and got a call for installation for Saturday at 10 am . As I am typing this on 01 April ,the installation is not yet done .had they told me it'll take 2 to five days I would've understood but I got an email to confirmation .Their so called 24/7 support is never available ,the sales agent is not getting back to me,reading from these comments seems impossible to get a refund .so i wait for that installation to happen I don't know when .In the interim I must buy data so that I am able to work.
