Worst Service, careless about their clients

Vamatel/HYPA so i made my payment 4 days back and still my internet services is not active. Their technicians are very rude as one told me that they have been to my place several times as if i am the one that supposed to fix the lines and always ask for coldrink money as if you not even paying for the services. I called and send whatsapp text several times with only empty promises and no positive feedback, no one cares to call me or even email me with any communications whatsoever. When i asked for a refund so i can find an alternative internet service they tell me thay they can only do it 20days from now but the funny part is when they took my money it was less then 2min however they now wanna make me suffer for my own hard earned money.... 😡😡😡 THE WORST SERVICE EVER, OBVIOUSLY I NEEE INTERNET THATS WHY I MADE A PAYMENT AND YOU KEEP ON TELLING ME ABOUT 72HOURS NONSENSE
