Worst service and lack of communication

The service is absolutely atrocious. I work remotely, therefore I always require the internet. The technicians were meant to come to my place to fix the line on Tuesday, 06 January 2026. They did not pitch nor did they communicate with me. I had to run around like a headless chicken to find out what is going. Today is Thursday, 08 January 2026 and they were meant to be here by 8am. They are still not here and no one has communicated to me about the delay. Now I have to wait here and hope that they come. I am very disappointed on the lack of communication and care by this ser
