Worst service and communication every experienced. ZERO customer centricity!!!!!!

once again I am writing another review due to the fact that it has been 5 weeks since my Vumatel box was installed and it is still not working. I phone every single day tickets are opened and closed without the issue being resolved. I get **** to, everytime I phone I have to hold for 20 minutes at a time while yet another call centre agent "investigates' the issue only to be told they have escalated it and someone will resolve!!!! I have tried to get hold of management and to date I have not been able to speak to them, I suspect they do not exist. Nobody phones me back !!!!!! worst service ever received not sure how they stay in business
