Worst Service

So bad. Been waiting over a week for someone to assist. Have not had service and there is no way to speak to anyone. People put you on hold and then just cut the call. It's happened to me 4 times in the last 6 days. It's most frustrating. I went from priority 1 to 4 in 3 days. They just don't care. I will definitely be finding a different provider.
