Worst service

Worst Internet service provider ever!! Contact centre agents take ages before you're attended to. With them they can't send technicians over to fix their line cause the area is not safe, how is that possible if they were able to install the line?? Sometimes they claim that there is an outage in the area whereas all the other neighbors though are well connected. They never forget deducting their service fees even while they are not providing you with the service agreed upon. They always close an enquiry without solving the problem at hand.
