Worst Service

I just had an extremely disappointing experience with a representative named Phumeza. My network has been down for three days, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive any assistance.

When I called for an update—since I was informed that technicians had visited my home but left no feedback—Phumeza responded with a terrible attitude. She outright refused to assist or escalate my issue, stating, "I cannot give you special treatment," before abruptly hanging up on me.

I was not aware that this is how you treat your customers. No worries—I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
