Worst service

The worst overall service i have ever experienced. They dont have a proper system and should really work on hiring educated staff that actually have experience in working with clients. I mean how do you ask a client to call you back after they have added the wrong adress twice? Isnt that their job? Telling you that a 'superhero' will be assigned to you but non of the links in the mail work to actually speak to this person? Nobody calls you back and after waiting for more than a month and spending a million phone calls i would not recommend anyone to use them. A company that doesnt have enough staff at all and really doesnt care about the installation after fiber was already installed in the complex.
