Worst run company in the country

Vumatel has to the the WORST run company in the country .. (on par with Eskom).. I joined with Vumatel in January and my service goes down every 2nd month for 5 - 10 days and there is nothing you can @#$%# do because they don't have a telephone number .. what company works without a phone number. Most of my complex is with Vumatel and their services are working and I get told from my provider Vodacom that "Vumatel has an outage in the area" huh .. what are theirs working and mine isn't.. And unfortunately Vumatel don't give a ****
