Worst provider of Fibre around.

I have been waiting for 2 months for vumatel to come to my premises and resolve a problem with there fibre connection. They are by far the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. Since I have to go through a 3rd party to use there facility I have since canceled with one hoping that the next could come right with them this has been to no avail I would avoid them like a plague if possible. They must be in cohorts with enterprises like home affairs or the traffic department. Completely *********** for the job.
