Worst night customer service

Vumatel's customer service is the worst. I called asking for assistance and they tell you to call another company claiming that they are our service provider and they cant help me. I then said help me switch or migrate to another service provider. They still said they cant help me? Who is supposed to help me? Whose client am I? You are the worst!!
