Worst ISP, would not recommend using them.

Probably the worst service provider in their industry, clueless customer support, incapable technicians and overall just bad service. I thought people were joking when they said "Good luck" after telling them that I switched to vumatel. Only to realise they weren't joking at all. Four days since logging the first of numerous calls and still nobody can give feedback. Customer service puts the phone down in your ear because you are irritable (3 times in one day), technician that came out said the fault lies on their side, knows what the problem is and will have it fixed in 30min, yet almost 24 hours later the problem still hasn't been resolved, gave his number but doesn't answer when you call. You would be better off getting a cellphone contract with unlimited data and hot spotting your phone. Can certainly not be as unreliable as vumatel service.
