WORST ISP, No communication, No customer service

Vumatel runs a circus. You can never get a hold of anyone. That switchboard rather get thrown in the bin as they keep cutting the call. Whatsapp is never answered. Staff has a don't care attitude, no productivity. Who is actually employed? Ghost staff.

I regret switching from other service provider who's staff was always active in communication, calls or emails. Accounts department existed and if there was a problem with the line. The technician was there within few hours.

Vumatel no use raking in clients money if you can not provide a service. Close down if you guys are in over yourls head! Many are unemployed but same story of influx of queries... then staff is employed as furniture there!!!

No company can run as PATHETIC as yourl. No sense of urgency, no customer service. No feedback. But want to be a big name with other useless companies under it.

Fly.cool is another useless service provider. But I trust ICASA will start a big investigation with vumatel and its sub companies.

In the meantime we will all loss our jobs as we have no wifi to work from home. It will only take one lawsuite. As there is no integrity in this company.
