Worst ISP in the world

This service provider is probably the most *********** and worst service provider in the whole world. All they do is send technician after technician to check and nothing is fixed. Took them over 3 weeks to finally get my fibre working, it worked for 1 day and then this morning it was gone off again. They now want to send another team again and I already know that they going to say everything is fine. And whats worst, is that they don't even answer their phones. If my fibre connection is not fixed now, I will be reporting vumatel to ICASA so that this ********** business can be delt with.
