WORST ISP EVER!!!
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST ISP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. THERE ISN'T A WEEK THAT GOES BY WHERE I DON'T HAVE A CONNECTION ISSUE. THEY BLAME LOAD SHEDDING FOR CONNECTION TO TAKE UP TO 2 HOURS TO COME BACK AFTER EVERY POWER OUTAGE YET OTHER ISP's HAVE FIBRE CONNECTION WITHIN MINUTES.

21 Dec 2022, 13:39I'm aware of the process, I go through it at least once a week & it goes to Vumatel & their excuses. I already know YOU are the problem. Get your infrastructure in order!!
