Worst internet Service Provider EVER!!!!

The worst service ever.Technician came to install my Line,after 3 hours of work only to find out a second technician is needed to c0nnect the Lime to the Backbone.When you contact Them they only say its been escalated and will revert with feedback.Even the Service provider afrihost cannot assist as they will still give you the Same feedback "Its escalated and will share Feedback" The Don't care about customer Service or after Sales service as long as they have your money and Debt order.Even from seeing on this Platform you can see they dont even respond to Customer complaints.WORST SERVICE EVER.......
