Worst installer and support ever

Worst i have ever come across, been waiting 5 weeks for them to sort my line out and not one person has bothered to contact me and find out if all is good, you phone them and they say they will call you back but nothing. Highly recommending that if you want fibre find a company that doesn't use vumatel as there installer.
