Worst Infrastructure Provider in South Africa.

Vumatel is the WORST FIBRE INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDER in all of South Africa. I have had 3 LOS errors in the space of 6 days. Thursday the 2nd of November I called and logged the issue with my ISP and you sent technicians to fix it on Friday. Not even a 2 days, on Saturday evening I had the same error and looked it with my ISP and you sent technicians yesterday to fix it. Didn’t even last 24 hours and right now I have the very same problem. All your technicians that you’ve sent say that the infrastructure implementation here is bad and poorly done. I am unable to do anything because the WiFi is always down. I need a permanent solution to this problem because this is totally bull**** and you guys need to get your act together. I want my fibre line fixed today.
