Worst FNO in SA in 2021

It's been 2 weeks now since Vumatel went "live" in our area / complex and as per them it takes 48 hours to go "live", and still not showing on the website and can't apply for fibre at the ISP's. Heard a couple of stories but the best is they confused the going live with another complex, I mean common, how is that even possible. This is absolutely ridiculous and worst service experienced.
