Worst fibre provider in SA

Day 20 vumatel still have not even tried to sort our internet line out. They tell us that they have sent us our username and password and refuse to resend it.... they don't even respond to our emails. They also don't care if you complain that makes no difference!!!! Useless Useless. 20 days my wife are unable to generate an income but they just don't care.
