Worst Fibre Provider

Disgusting, worse service ever. Been without fibre since November 2020 after numerous complaints and calls logged. Last call was logged 2 weeks ago and still no progress. Call centre agents are rude and no help at all. Unable to give you any feedback or they have logged the call incorrectly. Nothing gets done. Unable to give an ETA on resolving the problem. Been paying my service provider each month but unable to use the internet due to the incompetence of Vumatel.
