Worst Fibre provider

This is now the 3rd month in a row that we do not have fibre everyone keeps on telling us they are sending a technician to us but we have not yet seen a technician to date we are highly disgusted with the service from Cell C and Vumatel Vumatel told me that the closed the previous cases to log a new case and that its still in the ETA of the new case but what about the previously logged cases where they have never sent a technician client after care is ridiculously bad.
