WORST fibre installer!
Worst sales and installation follow up and collaboration with mweb, as useless a service provider! Non existing customer service! Don't use Vumatel!

I have been waiting for a fibre move for more than 10 days.. a simple move request in bryanston, a 1km move??
Should be simple and take 2 day from my old residence to new residence .. but between mweb and vuma.. neither can get it right. I calle Vuma / Brite whatever back yesterday.. was left hanging on forever again! Useless service!!!!!
