Worst fibre ever

I did a migration payment was made its been 3 days and I'm not yet connected yet when I miss payment they cut my line same time, they don't even have contact details for them countless tickets has been logged but still no response. Please reconsider if some of u guys want to deal with vumatel fibre they are pathetic and really useless
