Worst Fiber Provider !!!
The rating is actually 0 Terrible and painful experience. They guarantee outages than having connections. September alone has been a mess and for that I demand my money back. Support team is not good and updating clients, there is never an ETR which is really frustrating. I am in Equestrian Pretoria East and have been off since early morning 24 Sept. There is no comms or updates. This is affecting our livelihoods & careers. Give me my money back for September as you were never ON!!!!!!

02 Oct 2025, 10:34100 tickets have been logged, your services only come back for 1 day then gone again. You need to find a permanent solution to these so called fiber breaks in !!!! You are taking us for granted!!!! NEVER BEEN ONLINE for October.... NO man guys NO !!
