Worst experience ever

The only provider that is available in most parts of Phoenix for fibre is vumatel, not only do they not provide customer service but they do not even try to assist you with a query. I've signed up with home connect through vumatel's infrastructure on the 20th of September 2021 and I am still awaiting services, and to be honest it's all good and we'll to make money, but it needs to be a good service or atleast some customer oriented service where the customer is valued for spending their hard earned money, but in the case of vumatel the just give an utter ****, worst experience I've ever had, spent alot of money just phoning them to setup the service, they promise you calls from there company but even that does not materialise
