Worst experience ever

For the past week my router is not connecting, it flashing a red light, I struggled a lot trying get a hold of the call centre contact number, all the technicians that helped me before with the issue are no longer with Vumatel. I finally got through to the call centre they logged a ticket an agent Wandile assisted, when I call back after 48hrs I’m being transferred this agent to that agent, last person I spoke with said he will send a technician and that was Friday, still today no technician came or even called. It’s so convenient to apply for this vuma Wi-Fi and when there’s a problem, I ended up spending over R100 airtime trying to get this fixed, it’s so frustrating.
