Worst experience ever!!

I have never dealt with such an *********** company as Afrihost. They installed a fiber line that does not work. I have spent up to 6 hours a day on calls trying to resolve the issue and just get sent from pillar to post without resolving anything. I have lost track of the amount of tickets being raised and how many times I was promised that i will receive a call back which never happens. Whilst I have no internet, be sure that I am still being billed for it. O yes, never miss a debit order but for a service I DO NOT HAVE!! Absolutely shocking!! At this rate i am better off with Telkom
