WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Having the worst experience ever! Joined in August and I thought all my details were linked to the service provider until I needed to make payment for the next 30 days, to my surprise the sales agent who assisted me COURTNEY did not call THE ISP to link my account, now I habe been without connection going on 48hours.

When spoken to she could care less about the impact this has had on me as I work from home and I made this clear to her.
