WORST EVER VUMATEL

Today marks a WEEK of more then one call, more then one call log, more then one email sent. I still have no internet! I had this line for little over a month. Just to discover that faulty lines have been installed.

Last week Friday a technicion came, tested and just cut the line inside my house. Stating that the line is faulty. He promised to reinstall the next day.

Vumatel when you call them they have No clue Even what to do. Eventually blocking my nr everytime I call. Eventually manage to get ONLY an email address of Kudzai Kushure <***>. Monday he promised to escalate and that this would be resolved within 48h. Everytime I mail, his response changes. After more then 48h I mail him first asking what the hell is going on. It's more then 48h and he never came back to me. Last night a vumatel person called and asked how is my internet? How the hell?

No one even comes back to me never mind them not coming to fix this! How is my internet?

I mailed Kudzai Kushure <***> saying it's costing me more to try and stay online to earn money this week (R400) then my monthly installments. Who is going to pay for that? He assured me he will credit me for the down time.... He can't even JUST RESPOND with in the time frame given to me?

I honestly can not believe THIS is customer service at all. They refuse to give names and nr higher to resolve this.

Yet you have to pay the non existing line that suppose to be the income paying for this.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!

If anyone can assist with how to take this further I would appreciate it.

No one is supposed to struggle like this.
