Worst customer service. No care at all.

Worst service ever. Moved houses and going on week 3 of NO WIFI. Have to go through my ISP provider rocketnet as you CANNOT get hold of vumatel which is deplorable to say the least. Got told from my ISP that vumatel made a note on Wed that had tried to connact with no answer. Complete LIE. No missed calls at all. Thursday they do actually phone to make my husband stay home the ENTIRE day cause they apparently going to come out. They just NEVER PITCHED. Absolutely zero care. Liers and pathetic service. Absolutely worst company I have dealt with
