Worst customer service from Vumatel and SADV

I've had Vumatel and SADV since December without issues but now it's been 7 days without connectivity and no assistance from both service providers.. I've been sent ticket numbers (***1) and escalation case numbers (***8) in the last 7 days but no assistance at all.. This is beyond poor customer service after their agents kept irritating me every day to take up their product, I could have stayed with my LTE..
