Worst customer service experience from Vumatel and Cool Idea

I have been waiting on service to be activated from the 1st of June 2021 after leaving my previous service provider Afrihost on the 31st of May 2021. For the past week, I've been given the run around being told my service will be active 24/48 hours this is my second weekend without Wi-Fi and I keep getting the same excuse even after I asked them to tell me it's going to take a long so I can return to Afrihost because I work from home and I can't be down from so long. I keep getting responses from 100 different people and to date, my issue is still not resolved. Vumatel and Cool Ideas are messing me around big time.
