Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was an advocate for Vumatel as I had no issues for more than a year. My account was cancelled when they couldn't debit my account on the 26th September but I made payment immediately following their instructions on their website. Called them yesterday all day to get reconnected but each company was blaming the other on the disconnection. They confirmed that they got my payment but somehow no one is able to assist with reconnection. If I could get another service provider other than Vumatel I would do but I am in Soweto. Really disappointed
