Worst customer service!!!

I have been trying to order services on Vumatel website for Vuma Reach to my surprise I'm getting an error message that there's an active service under my address which I logged a call with one of the consultant. I was told that the service is under one of the ISP (Supersonic) I have never received a call regarding which ISP I would prefer using till to date I haven't received feedback. I tried all channels to contact Vumatel head office with no luck.
