Worst customer service

The most useless customer service! Their billing cycle is a joke! I'm sitting here with no internet connection and when calling *** number to try and get the problem resolved Vumatel customer care agent tells me they don't handle complaints I should call the service provider and the useless service provider SADV never responds to their WhatsApp which is their only contact option. I'm defeated.

It is time we boycotted Vumatel 😡
