Worst connectivity & customer service

The worst internet provider ever have not been with Vuma for a month and I have experienced nothing but the worst connectivity. At first I had to wait 2 weeks and 3 days for installation after installation was done was connected for exactly 2 days writing this have been disconnected since Friday have texted on WhatsApp same reply “we are connecting you to one of our customer service agent to assist further”. Have tried re-setting the router which came back under a different name, this is my second complaint about Vuma. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM VUMA, WORST SERVICE EVER.
