Worst company ever
worst company ever, to date they have failed to sort out my internet issues, its going to three months now that i have been without internet , this was after vumatel apparently did some maintenance without informing anyone, they keep using the same excuses, claiming they cant confirm when their technician will resume work, they just pathetic.i have sent numerous emails to no avail.

Installations and maintenance are on hold in the area till further notice. A technician was fatally injured on site, and the network is faulty due to vandalism; teams are currently not operating in the area for safety reasons. We are continually seeking cooperation with local law enforcement to address the situation .
