Worst company and non existant customer service

Ongoing complaint since October 2024. Unfortunately, as it happens Vumatel is the only provider in my area. Their customer service and service is no existant. They take their own sweet time to even reply to complaints via their *** email. If you ever have to choose between them and another provider, please do yourself a favour and do not even consider them. The worst company I've ever had to deal with.
