Worst Business ever

Speaking to you guys is like speaking to the wall. I had my services which was cancelled. I was told if i re apply it would be done straight after i make payment. I was now cut of the line 7 times with the same agent answering my call. I now need to wait 5 business days to get my address verified then another 14 working days after my payment. I work from home and who is going to pay for my down time ?
