Worst attitude and service VUMATEL

Worst service in the industry. They're ever ready to charge you but when it comes to customer service then you have to chat on what'sapp coz they're all too scared to speak to anyone so they hide behind the phone. Such attitudes from the agents. Threatening to charge me to test the line, after I upgraded the line is extremely poor but then after 2hours of chatting the what'sapp agent threatens to charge me R999 to send someone to check the line. The line should work regardless of if im using wifi or cables. The whole point of wifi is wireless Fibre. They must go get LAN cables for testing. I'm not buying LAN cables to test the wifi. She has the nerve to insist she will charge me. They need to find another way to test and not expect the client to do all their work for them.
