Worst and incomplet service Case ***9

I have fibre hosted by Afrihost and since exactly 12 o clock on the 30th of December my fibre connected without internet. Between Vumatel and Afrihost they claim the line is active however its not and no one from Vumatel contacted me or came to our residence. Worst ever service
