Worse than Telkom

I am supposed to have a 20mb line, I telephone both Telkom (yeah, also a bad choice), and I have also telephone vumatel. Telkom logged a fault with Vumatel, they didn't even bother getting off their butts to come check it out. Apparently my line is shooting out the 20mbps.... yeah, my speed test says either 0.8 or 0.3 mbps. I have phoned, and phoned and phoned, begged, screamed, threatened suicide, and so on! They are just so unwilling to help, unwilling to fix the line, fix their mistake. Pathetic. I would 100% not recommend. In fact, they are probably worse that Telkom.
