Worse than telkom

I never thought I would've ever said this but I actually miss being with telkom. I left telkom ADSL to get fibre 8 weeks ago.... till today I still don't have fibre connected. My daughter is in grade 11 she has tons of assignments and research to do but doesn't have internet thanks to vumatel who are taking forever to come connect. When I app**** for fibre they came to install the modem within 2 days and I was excited because I thought this was excellent service... boy was I wrong after they installed the modem 7 weeks later I am still waiting. I have to take my daughter to the internet cafe to do research and do her assignments. It is so difficult for her. I actually miss telkom with all their downtime. This is my second hello Peter complain in a month. I spoke to some made after my 1st complaint and said she needed my details to sort it out... still waiting.... called the call centre several times but they are more lost than anyone else in that company... I spoke to an African lady by the name of Basesatna an she said she will reschedule my installation... still waiting.... I need internet for work my daughter needs it for school and you guys think it's ok to offer us **** poor service??? Whoever is reading this if vumatel is provider don't bother stick to adsl until u get another provider... these guys are a waste of time and ***** you around
