Worse than Telekom. And that's saying something
<p>Had to schedule an installation. So I took a day off work. They came at 11:30 which was the scheduled time. Installed the box inside the I'm informed that another team will be coming to activate the line. I called 5 times and they said they are busy. I asked by what time they will be by my place. Then said at 6:30pm. I called at 6 and they said that they will not be coming out as installation has closed. They made me waste a whole day for a 10 min job.</p>
