Worse Service from Vumatel

I have been out of service for the past 7 days. I have reported no connectivity for the past 7 days. I have even got 4 unpaid from work due to this nonsense. The only reply I get from Agents from Webafrica is that they have escalated the matter to Vumatel but till today i have no connectivity. This is bull****. I will lose my job because of a service provider failing to do they job. If I dare lose my job I swear they will pay me back every cent I have lost.
